Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) using time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) is available for every account. We strongly recommend enabling it on all administrator accounts.
What is TOTP
TOTP is the standard 6-digit-code-every-30-seconds approach used by Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, and similar apps. flows.care doesn't depend on any specific app — anything that scans a TOTP QR code works.
Enable 2FA on your account
From your profile, open Security > Two-factor and click Set up. Scan the displayed QR code with your authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm, and save. From the next login onwards, you'll be prompted for the code after your password.
Lost device or replaced phone
If you lose access to your authenticator, contact a tenant administrator or the platform support team. Resetting 2FA requires identity verification — the platform admin can disable TOTP on your account so you can set it up again with a new device.
