Welcome to flows.care
flows.care is a multi-tenant appointment management platform purpose-built for healthcare and rehabilitation clinics. This article walks you through what flows.care gives you out of the box and what to do first.
What is flows.care
flows.care combines scheduling, patient and guardian records, pricing, billing, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, accounting, and notifications in a single bilingual (English / Arabic) platform. Each clinic operates as an isolated tenant; staff at one tenant cannot see data from another.
Who uses flows.care
Three groups: platform admins (the flows.care team) onboard tenants and provide support; tenant staff (clinic owners, branch managers, coordinators, therapists) operate the day-to-day workflow; and patient users (patients and guardians) book and manage their own appointments.
Recommended first steps
Once your tenant is provisioned, the typical setup order is: create branches → add employees with roles → add therapists and their specialties → register patients → create schedule templates → generate slots → book your first appointment.
