Therapists and specialties
Therapists deliver services. Each therapist belongs to a service provider, optionally a primary branch, and one or more specialties.
Manage specialties
Specialties are tenant-defined labels (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, etc.). Patients can filter therapists by specialty in the public directory and inside the booking flow.
Add a therapist
From Tenant > Therapists > New, enter the therapist's name, optional license number, gender, and bio. Assign at least one specialty. Toggle accepts new patients to control whether the therapist appears in patient-facing search.
Linking a login account
Therapists who sign in use an Account that you link to the therapist record. The account can be created upfront or attached later. Therapists without accounts still appear in scheduling and booking, but they cannot log in themselves.
