ZATCA e-invoicing
flows.care generates and submits compliant electronic invoices to the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). This article explains onboarding and day-to-day use.
What ZATCA covers
ZATCA Phase 2 (Integration) requires that businesses generate invoices in the ZATCA XML format, sign them with a tenant-specific cryptographic certificate, and submit them to ZATCA for clearance or reporting.
Onboarding your tenant
Tenant > Settings > Invoicing > ZATCA shows your onboarding status. The platform team handles the certificate flow (Compliance CSID then Production CSID) on your behalf during onboarding; the page reflects each step as it completes.
Submitting invoices
Once onboarded, every finalised invoice is automatically signed and submitted to ZATCA. The invoice detail page shows the submission status (queued / cleared / rejected with reason). Rejected submissions can be retried after fixing the underlying issue.
