Packages and enrolments
A package bundles a fixed number of sessions (or unlimited sessions for a period) into a single price. Patients enrol once and the appointments draw against the package.
What is a package
A package is a tenant-defined offering: e.g. "10 speech-therapy sessions" or "Monthly unlimited PT". Pricing applies to the package as a whole, not to each session. Packages can be specialty- or therapist-specific.
Expiry policies
Each package has an expiry policy: NO_EXPIRY (sessions never expire), DAYS_FROM_PURCHASE (e.g. 90 days), or FIXED_END_DATE. Tenant > Settings > Package policy sets the defaults applied to new packages.
Enrolling a patient
From the patient detail page, click Enrol in a package and pick the package. flows.care creates a PatientPackageEnrollment with the start date, number of sessions, and computed expiry. Subsequent appointments in scope automatically draw from the enrolment.
