Pricing rules
Pricing rules map session duration to price. They apply automatically at booking time and are snapshotted onto the appointment so historical reports stay correct.
Duration bundles
A pricing rule says "30 minutes costs SAR 125" or "60 minutes costs SAR 230". When a patient books N slots, flows.care totals the duration and finds the matching rule.
Price snapshotting
The matched rate is copied onto the appointment as unit_price and total_price. Later changes to your pricing rules do not retroactively change the price of historical appointments — invoices reflect the price at booking time.
Branch- or therapist-specific rates
Pricing can be qualified by branch and/or therapist for non-uniform pricing across your operation. The most specific matching rule wins.
