Creating branches

Branches are the physical locations where you deliver services. Even single-location clinics should create one branch so operating hours, room scoping, and reports work correctly.

Why branches matter

Most operational data hangs off a branch: therapists are assigned to branches, slots are generated per branch, employees are scoped to one or more branches, and reports can be filtered by branch. Setting branches up early avoids reshuffling later.

Create a branch

From Tenant settings, open Branches and click New branch. Enter the branch name (in English and Arabic if you operate bilingually), an optional internal code, address, contact information, and whether this branch is the main / headquarters branch.

Set operating hours

Each branch has weekly operating hours. Set open and close times per weekday or mark the day as closed. Slot generation respects these hours so therapists can never have slots outside the branch's open window.
