Employees and roles
Employees are tenant staff with login access. Each employee has a role that determines which actions they can perform, and may be scoped to specific branches.
Add an employee
From Tenant > Employees > New, enter name, email, phone, and role. flows.care creates an Account, sends an invitation email, and links it to a tenant membership. The employee sets their password from the invitation link.
Roles and permissions
Roles map to fine-grained permission codes. The built-in OWNER role has all permissions; you can create custom roles by selecting the exact codes the role should hold. Per-member overrides are also available for one-off needs.
Branch scope
Members can be scoped to specific branches. Empty branch scope plus no primary branch grants tenant-wide access (typical for owners). A primary branch alone provides default-but-not-strict scoping. Adding explicit branches restricts access to that set.
