Exporting lists to Excel

Every list page across the platform offers a one-click export to .xlsx, so accountants, ops, and HR can pull data into their own workbooks without copy-paste.

What can be exported

Invoices, payments, expenses, journal entries, patients, appointments, employees, contracts, leave requests, and payroll lines all support export. Each export carries the filters currently applied on the page — what you see is what you get.

Permission

Exporting requires the exports.use permission. By default it is granted to Owner, Manager, Accountant, Coordinator, and Branch Manager roles. Therapists and receptionists do not get it by default — grant it manually in the role editor if needed. The button is hidden entirely for users without the permission.

Using the Export button

Click the Export button (top-right of any list page). For date-driven lists you'll be prompted for a From and Until period; for static lists (employees, patients, contracts) the export runs immediately and includes everything matching the page filters.

Period scope

Exports are capped at 50,000 rows per file to keep download size reasonable. If you hit the cap, narrow the period and re-export — the file footer will note when truncation occurred.
